Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based marketing efforts across the Northeast region, focusing on NUBEQA and XOFIGO to healthcare professionals. Travel to Boston, NYC, and surrounding states will be required, including industry events and advisory boards.

The role emphasizes KOL engagement, regional convention leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive brand strategy and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 5-7 years’ experience in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years of customer-facing.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology.
• Proven track record of sales, customer-facing success and/or project management.
• Significant experience in creating, maintaining and growing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work across functions and with external partners.
• Desire to advance in marketing capability or sales leadership.

Responsabilités

• Engage KOLs and manage relationships for the prostate franchise.
• Lead regional conventions and coordinate TL engagement at conferences and events.
• Manage speaker’s bureau and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with sales, medical affairs, and field teams to align on strategy.
• Support field with TL identification and program execution.
