Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to drive field-based marketing for NUBEQA and XOFIGO, engaging Thought Leaders, organizing regional meetings, and ensuring alignment with sales goals across Boston, NYC, and the Northeast.

The role requires 5-7 years pharma experience, strong KOL relationships, and excellence in program development. Domestic travel is expected, and Bayer offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5-7 years pharma/biotech with at least 2 years customer-facing.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record in sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management.
• Significant experience in creating, maintaining and growing relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and manage relationships to support North-East prostate franchise.
• Lead regional conventions, TL engagement, and speaker programs.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives and advisory boards.
• Partner with sales, medical affairs and field teams to align on strategy.
• Travel to customer meetings, industry events, and congresses as needed.
