Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to drive field-based initiatives for NUBEQA and XOFIGO, engaging Thought Leaders and coordinating regional meetings across the Northeast. This high-visibility role requires travel and strong stakeholder management.

Based in the Boston/NYC corridor, you will lead brand communication, regional conventions, and speaker programs while partnering with sales, medical affairs and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 5-7 years’ experience in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years in customer-facing roles.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology.
• Proven ability to drive strategic business impact and relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage KOLs in the prostate franchise across the Northeast.
• Lead regional conventions and coordinate speaker programs.
• Manage speaker’s bureau and marketing initiatives.
• Foster field partnerships and collaboration with sales and medical affairs.
