Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to drive regional marketing efforts for NUBEQA and XOFIGO. You will engage KOLs, lead regional conventions, manage speaker programs, and collaborate with field teams to meet sales targets across the Northeast, including Boston and New York.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building, and willingness to travel to major conferences and customer sites to maximize brand impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years customer-facing.
• 2 years in oncology or urology.
• Proven sales/customer-facing success and project management.
