Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based marketing initiatives for NUBEQA and XOFIGO across the Northeast, including Boston, NYC, and surrounding states. You will engage Thought Leaders, manage Speaker’s Bureau activities, coordinate regional conventions, and partner with sales to drive brand growth.

The role requires 5-7 years in pharma with 2 years customer-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years’ experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology.
• Proven sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
