Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based marketing activities for NUBEQA and XOFIGO across the Northeast. The role covers KOL engagement, regional conventions, and speaker programs, with travel to customer meetings and industry events.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand strategy, develop regional plans, and engage key stakeholders to meet sales objectives. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.
• 5-7 years’ pharma/biotech experience with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record in sales, customer-facing success, and project management.
• Strong relationship-building with key customers and stakeholders.
