Bayer seeks an Associate Director Oncology Regional Marketing to drive field-based marketing for NUBEQA and XOFIGO, covering Boston, NYC, and Northeast states. You will engage KOLs, lead regional conventions, and manage speaker programs to influence physicians and healthcare teams.

Travel will be required to meet HCPs and industry events; you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver on sales goals and optimize regional strategies.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years in pharma/biotech with 2+ years customer-facing.
• 2 years in oncology or urology.
• Proven sales, customer-facing success and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support prostate franchise.
• Lead regional conventions and participation at major conferences.
• Oversee speaker’s bureau and marketing initiatives.
• Partner with field teams and sales for program execution.
• Provide insights to regional plans and align with cross-functional partners.
