Job summary

Bayer is seeking an Associate Director of Oncology Regional Marketing to lead field-based marketing efforts for NUBEQA and XOFIGO, focused on the Northeast region including Boston and NYC. The role drives KOL engagement, regional conventions, speaker bureau activities, and marketing initiatives to support the franchise’s sales goals.

Travel to customer meetings, industry trade shows, and other events is required to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years’ experience in pharma/biotech with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• 2 years experience in oncology or urology.
• Proven sales, customer-facing success, and/or project management track record.
• Strong ability to build and grow relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive parallel initiatives in a fast-paced environment and follow through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage KOL relationships for the prostate franchise to support TL base in the North-East.
• Lead regional conventions and sponsorships, TL engagement, and promotional programs.
• Coordinate speaker bureau activities and collateral for Congresses.
• Develop and drive field marketing initiatives and advisory boards.
• Partner with sales consultants and other internal teams to align on brand strategy.
