Job summary

YAI Network seeks a senior nursing leader to direct day-to-day nursing operations across multiple regions. You will supervise nursing supervisors, ensure medication administration safety, and uphold regulatory standards while driving quality improvement initiatives.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN, BLS certification, and at least five years of supervisory nursing experience, with preferred MSN and OPWDD knowledge. Expect extensive travel and on-site engagement.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required and RN license with active status.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Five years nursing experience including supervisory/administrative roles.
• Preferred MSN and experience with OPWDD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and clinical oversight of nursing operations across regions, ensuring quality and continuity of care.
• Leads recruitment and engagement efforts for nursing staff, assisting with interviews and offers.
• Travels weekly to programs to engage with staff and observe operations, ensuring appropriate support and compliance.
• Supervises nursing supervisors and supports staffing, training, and performance management.
• Monitors nursing data, eMAR and other systems to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops and implements agencywide nursing training, infection control, and policy updates.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and timely reporting of incidents and changes in staffing and credentials.
