Job summary

YAI - Seeing beyond disability is seeking a Senior Nursing Director to provide overall direction and clinical oversight of nursing operations across multiple regions. You will lead nursing leadership, ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR on nurse recruitment and development.

The role requires BSN, NY RN license, BLS, and at least five years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities, preferably with I/DD populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and active RN license; BLS certification required.
• Five (5) years nursing experience, including supervisory/administrative roles.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) preferred).

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing operations across two or more regions, ensuring quality, safety and compliance.
• Supervise nursing supervisors and ensure staffing coverage and proper timekeeping processes.
• Lead internal trainings, audits and action plans to address deficiencies and regulatory findings.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership on recruitment and engagement initiatives for nursing staff.
