Job summary
YAI Network is seeking a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee day-to-day nursing services across the Hudson Valley region, leading a team of RNs and LPNs to deliver safe, person-centered care. You will monitor nursing plans, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with leaders to optimize clinical outcomes.
The role requires an active RN license in NY/NJ, a BSN, and at least 3 years of nursing experience, preferably with I/DD.
Qualifications
- Valid RN license and current BLS certification in NY or NJ.
- BSN degree with at least 3 years of nursing experience; I/DD experience preferred.
- Proficiency with EMR, Workday and Microsoft Office; strong supervisory skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing services and medication administration for assigned caseload.
- Supervise RNs and LPNs; provide clinical guidance and coaching.
- Monitor plans of nursing care and updates to meet changing needs.
- Participate in hiring and staffing decisions for nursing roles.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation accuracy across regions.
- Travel to programs to observe, assess, and train staff; engage with leadership.
- Collaborate with HR and nursing leadership on training and development.
