Job summary

YAI seeks a Supervisor - Registered Nurse to oversee nursing services for the Hudson Valley region, ensuring safe care and effective medication administration. You will lead RNs and LPNs, and collaborate with leadership to uphold person-centered nursing plans.

The role requires RN licensure, a BSN, and BLS, with experience supervising nursing staff and familiarity with Workday. Travel across programs is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid, active RN license in NY or NJ and BLS.
• BSN degree and 3+ years nursing experience, preferably with I/DD.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing services and medication administration for assigned caseload.
• Supervise RNs and LPNs, provide guidance and coaching.
• Monitor compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Plan regional nursing meetings and staff development activities.
• Coordinate with HR and leadership on staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure accurate documentation in eMAR and other systems.
