Job summary

Insight Global, a homebuilder, is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of New Home Sales professionals across multiple communities. You will drive sales performance, coach team members, and implement market-specific plans to achieve divisional goals.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in New Home Sales, 2+ years of sales leadership, a proven track record, CRM expertise, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of New Home Sales experience.
• 2+ years of sales management or leadership experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing multiple communities, locations, or sales teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of New Home Sales Consultants across multiple communities.
• Drive sales performance by establishing goals, monitoring metrics, and holding team members accountable to results.
• Conduct regular field visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to ensure execution of sales strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop market-specific sales plans and growth strategies.
• Monitor local market conditions, pricing, incentives, inventory, and customer demand.
• Utilize CRM systems and sales reporting tools to manage leads, pipeline, and forecasting.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard high-performing sales professionals.
• Develop a culture focused on customer experience, accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
