Job summary

UnionMain Homes, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales goals through the leadership of an on-site sales team and by building strong relationships with realtors and local employers. You will recruit, onboard, and coach the sales counselors while maintaining a high-performance office culture.

This role requires at least five years of new home sales experience in production homebuilding, excellent organizational skills, and a professional presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years new home sales experience for a production homebuilder with proven track record.
• Experience managing a team of sales professionals.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong sales, management, and motivational techniques.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage On-site Sales Counselors and ensure staffing quality.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and train new sales staff.
• Review CMAs monthly and monitor performance.
• Build brand awareness with realtors, businesses, and relocation companies.
• Support sales team and coordinate with lenders to meet capture rate goals.
• Resolve contract issues and manage relationships with realtors.
