Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a designated area within our division. You will drive sales strategies, oversee a team of sales consultants, recruit and train talent, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction through the KB Edge model.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of sales management in homebuilding, a real estate license, strong communication, and a proven ability to motivate teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required); Four Year College Degree preferred.
• Valid Real Estate Salesperson License (required); Broker License preferred.
• 3+ years proven sales management experience.
• Experience in home building or related industry preferred.
• Action-oriented with a strong drive to achieve defined sales and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales success by leading a designated team and ensuring targets are met.
• Recruit, train, retain, and develop a high-performing sales consultants team.
• Monitor progress and coach sales consultants to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate to develop creative traffic strategies and maximize referrals.
• Coordinate with all departments to align objectives and drive results.
