Job summary

KB Home is seeking a dynamic sales leader to take charge of a designated area within the division. You will drive a high-performing team, recruit and train consultants, and implement innovative sales strategies to meet weekly commitments and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will leverage market insights and the CXP process to optimize performance, coordinate with other departments, and manage broker relationships to grow referrals and traffic.

Qualifications

3+ years proven sales management experience.
Experience in home building or related industry preferred.
Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Drive sales team performance and ensure targets are met.
Ensure adoption of the CXP selling process and CRM tools for tracking activity.
Lead negotiations and close deals effectively with buyers and brokers.
Develop and implement traffic strategies to increase foot traffic to communities.
Gather market data to adjust sales tactics and maintain competitive edge.
Strengthen Realtor/Broker outreach and referrals.
