Hartizen Homes, a residential construction company based in Orlando, FL, is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive new-home sales performance across communities. You will lead a high-performing team, set strategic goals, and partner with Marketing to optimize lead generation and customer experience from contract through closing.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in new-home sales, 2+ years in sales leadership, and an active real estate license.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field required or preferred.
• 5+ years of new-home sales or residential real estate experience preferred.
• 2+ years of sales leadership, coaching, or management experience preferred.
• Residential homebuilding experience strongly preferred.
• Active real estate license required.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Establish performance expectations and coach reps.
• Monitor KPIs: traffic, appointments, lead response, conversion, pace, backlog.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Conduct model visits, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Ensure staffing and model-home coverage, including weekends and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead-gen initiatives.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and timely updates.
• Review contracts, mortgage progress, contingencies, and closings.
