Job summary

Ipsen seeks a Lead Neuroscience Sales Leader in Seattle to grow the neuroscience portfolio regionally. You will lead a field-based sales team, develop regional plans aligned with national strategy, and build relationships with healthcare providers and thought leaders.

You will oversee budget allocation, analyze market dynamics, and collaborate with Value & Access and Operations to optimize market access while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years biopharma sales experience, including 3+ years in leadership within neuroscience.
• Experience with injectable medicines, specialty pharmacy fulfillment, and payer landscape; knowledge of managed care and formulary negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate sales representatives.
• Develop regional business plans aligned with national strategies.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and thought leaders.
• Analyze regional market dynamics; allocate regional budget.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize market access and resource deployment.
