Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks a dynamic sales leader to recruit and develop a high-performing regional team to exceed sales goals in neurological, endocrine, and psychiatric disorders. You will drive strategy, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, training and operations, while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years of first-line sales management experience
• Master’s degree preferred and 6+ years of relevant experience OR PhD with 4+ years of experience
• Strong sales performance and ability to lead through ambiguity in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• Drive regional implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Manage regional budgets and expenses while ensuring compliance with policies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
• Coordinate with marketing, training, and sales operations to align cross-functional efforts
