Job summary

Neurocrine Biosciences seeks an experienced regional sales leader to drive performance in a leadership role within a fast-paced biotech environment. You will recruit, develop and coach a high-performing sales team while collaborating with marketing, medical affairs and operations to execute regional strategies.

The role requires a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, strong relationship-building with KOLs, and the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharma or related field.
• Master's degree preferred or PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to coach a regional sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales team by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent.
• Drive regional implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and performance coaching to achieve team excellence.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals within the region.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, training, and sales operations.
