Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team within the Network Practice Office. You will lead a regional group responsible for design standards, peer collaboration, and mission-critical backhaul deployments across the Mid-West and Western U.S.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a technical field and experience leading technical teams in public safety networks. Travel and remote work are expected as part of regional engagements and project deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related field
• Equivalent practical experience managing technical engineering teams within a mission-critical environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of Network Solutions Architects (NSAs) to build high-quality network designs.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications across the region.
• Direct and support post-sale engineering groups in troubleshooting complex network issues.
• Provide regional design guidance on transport networks to support P25-LMR, LTE, Smart Public Safety, and enterprise apps.
• Review and present technically sound system designs to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure designs are documented with high-quality reference diagrams and standards.
