Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Manager of Regional MCN Deployments NSA Team within the Network Practice Office. The role leads a regional team of NSAs, guiding design standards, deployment oversight, and strategic vendor evaluation for mission-critical public safety networks across the Midwest and Western U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading engineering teams in mission-critical/public safety environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN design, backhaul, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of NSAs; establish training regimens to upskill engineers.
• Oversee design and integration of ASTRO P25 LMR networks with enterprise applications.
• Direct post-sale troubleshooting support for complex network/backhaul issues.
• Provide regional design guidance for transport network solutions across P25-LMR, LTE, Smart Public Safety, and enterprise applications.
• Deliver high-impact technical presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
