Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily, apartment, or residential maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair common maintenance issues across trades.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests accurately and on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other system issues.
• Prepare vacants and complete make-ready work.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness across communities.
• Document work performed and materials used in the system.
