Job summary

Responsive Asset Management is seeking a Regional Service Technician to support multifamily communities across Terre Haute and surrounding areas. The role involves performing routine and advanced maintenance tasks, diagnosing issues, and coordinating with the maintenance team to keep properties in top condition.

The successful candidate will have experience in residential maintenance, own basic tools, and be capable of traveling between properties while reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to report to the designated daily meeting location.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel between assigned apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests accurately and on time.
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents and perform make-ready work.
• Conduct daily property grounds checks and maintain clean, safe communities.
• Document work and update the work-order system with notes and photos.
• Follow safety procedures and report delays or hazards.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including evenings or weekends.
