Job summary

RR Living is seeking a Service Technician to perform make-readies, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep. You will handle expediting service requests and maintain strong relationships with residents and the community.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in apartment maintenance, OSHA knowledge, and diplomas. HVAC and EPA/CPO certifications are preferred. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, teamwork, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant apartment maintenance experience.
• On-call responsibilities for emergencies as needed.
• HVAC and/or refrigeration certifications preferred.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-readies: check appliances, change bulbs, fix minor issues.
• General maintenance: plumbing, electrical, door locks, and fixtures repair.
• Carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping tasks as required.
• Pool maintenance: backwash, vacuum, and chemical level checks.
• Repair and maintain appliances; manage basic repairs and replacements.
• Assist with requests and communicate professionally with residents.
• Work as part of a maintenance team and comply with handbook policies.
• On-call duties to address emergencies and service requests.
