cw seeks a Regional Property Manager for Multifamily (Affordable) to drive business plan execution across a DC-area portfolio. The role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in affordable housing programs and LIHTC experience, overseeing Property and Area Managers while mentoring emerging leaders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in on-site management, strong client and team skills, and a license in DC or a plan to obtain it within six months.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of on-site Multifamily property management experience.
• LIHTC / Tax Credit experience in DC market.
• Mid-rise / High-rise property experience.
• DC Property Manager license required within 6 months (if not possessed).

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact related to owner reps and terms of PMA.
• Review and approve property purchases per the budget.
• Partner with Marketing to develop budgets and monitor ad spend.
• Engage in revenue management pricing and pricing calls.
• Review survey results and create action plans for underperformers.
• Oversee marketing activities and lead generation metrics.
• Assist with RFP responses and pitches.
• Ensure staff use front‑end property management systems.
• Oversee risk management and safety standards with the team.
