Job summary

Pratum Companies seeks a Regional Property Manager for a DC/MD/VA region overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing communities. The role requires on-site management, frequent travel, and strong leadership to maintain occupancy and compliance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, owner reporting, contract negotiation, and staff supervision. A background in LIHTC and Section 8, plus multi-site experience, is preferred; solid knowledge of Yardi and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 multi-family affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios (5+ communities) preferred.
• Certifications/recertifications and MORs/NSPIRE inspections experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of assigned properties and ensure occupancy targets.
• Review monthly financials, prepare owner reports, attend asset meetings.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; manage personnel decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Prepare budgets and negotiate contracts on behalf of properties.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections and oversee on-site operations.
