Job summary

Baskin-Robbins is expanding and seeks a Multi Unit Restaurant Manager to lead a cluster of 5–8 restaurants. You will provide leadership, coaching and direction to store managers, ensuring high standards in operations, guest service and brand execution.

You will analyze sales, develop action plans with franchise owners and deliver training on marketing windows, new products and processes. Strong English communication and basic financial skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality
• College degree preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills
• Basic math and financial management
• Strong analytical skills and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of 5-8 restaurants within portfolio
• Ensure brand standards and food safety compliance across all locations
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability
• Lead franchise collaboration with owners and restaurant managers
• Deliver training on marketing initiatives, new products, and processes
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers
• Coach managers to improve sales and guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with Franchise Field Operations as needed
