DriveTime Family of Brands in the Southwest is seeking an Assistant Director, Retail Sales to oversee sales and operations for our dealerships in a regional market. You will translate strategies into actionable plans, lead multiple store teams, and ensure high performance aligned with DriveTime values.

Travel 75%+, seven-plus years of multi-unit management with full P&L experience required; a Bachelor's degree. Strong leadership, financial analysis, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; seven+ years multi-unit management experience with full P&L preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translates company strategies into actionable divisional plans.
• Identifies and communicates key responsibilities to promote teamwork.
• Oversees training and development of employees and staffing decisions.
• Monitors KPIs and regional performance; adjusts as needed.
• Attracts and develops diverse top talent across regions.
• Collaborates with Regional Directors for consistent customer/employee experience.
