Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our communities. You will manage staff and vendors, ensure safety standards, handle requests, and coordinate with the Community Manager to keep properties in top condition.

The role requires high school diploma, basic computer skills, OSHA/Fair Housing knowledge, and willingness to work on-call emergencies with regular on-site attendance and customer-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of community properties and common areas.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily for hazards or liabilities.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and proper inventory.
• Provide staff training and supervision under Community Manager guidance.
• Handle on-call emergencies and respond to incidents as needed.
• Maintain records of service requests, maintenance activities, and compliance.
