Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our communities. This role requires regular on-site attendance, staff supervision, vendor coordination, and adherence to safety and OSHA standards.

You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, inventory, and budget compliance while delivering excellent resident service and coordinating emergency responses as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and respond to work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety and quality.
• Plan budgets and maintain inventory; order supplies.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
