Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. The role collaborates with the Community Manager to ensure safety, budget adherence, and quality repairs.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular on-site presence and on-call responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff and vendors, ensure safety standards and customer service excellence.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager to plan budgets, inspections, and work orders.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and compliance with EPA/OSHA standards.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of unit make-ready, repairs, and improvements.
