Riverstone Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 11 properties across Minnesota and Wisconsin, based in Minnesota. The role focuses on leading Property Managers to meet service, budget, and safety targets.

The position requires 5+ years in management, strong customer service and team leadership, with 50% travel and 50% remote work. Compensation includes benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management, preferably in property management.
• Proven customer service experience across multiple channels.
• Experience leading a successful team and achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests and municipalities.
• Drive to 100% occupancy across all properties.
• Maintain 95% staffing with top performers.
• Oversee profitability and manage to a P&L mindset.
• Protect Riverstone's reputation in the mobile home property sector.
• Respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed.
• Set high standards and manage to performance expectations.
• Conduct prompt follow-up and follow-through.
• Adhere to Fair Housing laws and guidelines.
• Align with Riverstone's mission and property-specific goals.
