The Community Builders, Inc. is seeking a Regional Support Liaison to provide on-site property management coverage across the Twin Cities portfolio in Minnesota. You will support leasing, occupancy metrics, compliance, and resident relations while coordinating with regional leadership on special projects.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in property management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel within the region. Five days in office is required.

Competenze

• Minimum 4 years of progressive property management experience, preferably in mixed-income communities.
• Strong knowledge of occupancy standards, recertification processes, and lease-up procedures.
• Ability to travel frequently within the Twin Cities Region with short notice.

Mansioni

• Temporary Site Coverage: act as interim Site Manager or related roles during leaves or vacancies.
• Operational Support: assist with leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulations.
• Lease-Up Support: assist with marketing, applicant screening, move-in coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Compliance & Reporting: review and resolve EIV discrepancies; prepare and track Special Claims; complete reports timely.
• Team Collaboration: work with Regional Director, VP Operations, and site teams; train staff as needed.
