• 0–1 years of experience in property management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial performance of multiple multi-family properties.
• Manage and support property managers and on-site staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong occupancy levels by implementing marketing and advertising strategies.
• Develop and oversee property budgets, control spending, and manage overdue accounts.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Maintain property files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Hire, train, and mentor new staff members to build a strong management team.
• Supervise capital improvement projects and property maintenance initiatives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to property owners or boards.
