Qualifications

• 5+ years of Regional Manager experience.
• Experience overseeing a portfolio of 1,500+ units across asset classes (market, affordable, 55+, etc.).
• Willingness to travel weekly 30–50% for site visits.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Regional Managers to ensure high-performing teams.
• Oversee financial performance: budgeting, rent growth, occupancy, expenses, NOI targets.
• Collaborate with Director of Property Management to implement portfolio strategies.
• Analyze financial reports and statements to identify trends and improvements.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess leasing, maintenance, and customer service.
• Support capital planning and major repairs.
• Plan staffing and talent development across the region.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide guidance on resident issues and vendor relationships.
• Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Marketing, HR, Construction, and Development.
