Job summary

The Community Builders Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Property Management in Minnesota. You will oversee day-to-day operations for multiple properties, mentor site teams, and ensure occupancy and financial targets are met.

You will work closely with the Vice President of Operations to implement SOPs and budget plans across the portfolio. Ideal candidates have strong leadership, budgeting, and property management experience, with a focus on community development and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and leadership across multiple properties.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for portfolios.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties across the portfolio.
