Job summary

The Community Builders, Inc. seeks a Regional Support Liaison for the Twin Cities Region in Minnesota to provide on-site management coverage and operational support across properties with staffing vacancies and performance challenges.

This role reports to the Regional Director of Property Management and aligns with the Vice President of Operations on special projects; it requires five days per week in the office and may support multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of progressive property management experience.
• Knowledge of occupancy standards, recertification, and lease-up procedures.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Twin Cities Region; valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi).
• COS or TCS certification preferred; CHA compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as interim Site Manager/Assistant Manager during leaves or vacancies.
• Support leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and HUD/LIHTC compliance.
• Assist properties with occupancy, delinquency, and lease renewal actions.
• Support lease-up activities for new developments and move-in coordination.
• Prepare and track reports, Special Claims, and cross-site transitions.
