Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in multi-family property management with supervision experience is preferred.
• Strong initiative and leadership potential; seeks increased responsibility.
• Crisis management skills to think on one's feet in crisis situations.
• Must be project oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning/organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent attendance/punctuality and dependability.
• Strong administrative skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office; OneSite experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee site teams' completion of administrative operations (A/P, evictions, collections, billing, data management, month-end close).
• Audit rents, deposits, and application fees; oversee recordkeeping and reporting daily/weekly/monthly.
• Minimize delinquency losses by completing collection procedures; report weekly/monthly to RVP/PM/APM.
• Monitor vendor performance and contracts; approve invoices and manage expenses.
• Review monthly financial operating statements for each community; courtroom appearances if necessary.
• Supervise, train, develop and mentor staff; manage leasing schedules and performance.
