Job summary

Mobile Modular Management Corporation is seeking a Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close rental and sale opportunities for modular buildings in the Spokane, Airway Heights, and Tri-Cities area. You will develop strategies to win new business, build lasting relationships, and coordinate projects across departments.

Responsibilities include site visits, presentations, and creating accurate estimates while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation and relationship building.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and grow existing business to increase profits for the branch/region.
• Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across various industries.
• Build relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport.
• Ensure all customer requirements and specifications are documented and met.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase modular building options.
