Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead our Mid-Market General Business team. You will drive growth by implementing a repeatable, scalable GTM motion and by leading a high-performing sales organization across the region.

As a strategic sales leader, you will own planning, compensation design, and segmentation while building collaborative relationships with Open Source communities and partners. Travel will be required to support deals and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.

• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of quotas by leading from the front and driving Elastic's sales methodology.
