Job summary

Elastic is hiring a Regional Vice President to lead our Mid-Market General Business team. The role focuses on overseeing a group of Mid-Market Account Executives, developing a scalable GTM strategy, and driving revenue growth by hitting bookings targets while collaborating with Elastic’s leadership and partner ecosystems.

The position requires strong SaaS sales leadership, a deep understanding of sales processes, and willingness to travel to support deal creation and team needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Mid-Market sales teams.
• Knowledge of Elastic platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape.
• Ownership of sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.
• Experience building and implementing scalable sales processes and frameworks.
• Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop and execute scalable, repeatable sales strategies.
• Partner with Elastic leadership and Open Source/community to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Travel regularly to support deal creation, closure, and team management.
