Elastic, the Search AI Company, seeks a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead our Mid-Market General Business team in the United States. This role offers the chance to drive growth by implementing a repeatable, scalable GTM motion and to mentor a high-potential sales organization.

You will lead a team of mid-market account executives, develop strategy, own compensation planning, and partner with Open Source and partner ecosystems to close deals and exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of Elastic's platform, messaging, partners and competitors.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of quotas by leading from the front and driving sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Open Source community and partners.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and provide team support as needed.
• Collaborate with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
