Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead our Mid-Market General Business team and drive existing and new logo growth by implementing a repeatable, scalable GTM motion. You will lead a team of mid-market account executives, develop deep knowledge of our platform and messaging, and own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading successful Mid-Market sales teams.
• Proven success developing and executing a scalable and repeatable sales strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and implementing sales processes and frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of our platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitors.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of assigned sales quotas by leading from the front and driving sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Open Source community and partners.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure and support the team.
• Partner across Elastic’s leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
