Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Sales to lead our Mid-Market General Business team. You will guide a group of account executives, drive bookings, and shape a scalable GTM motion that aligns with our platform.

You thrive on data-driven decision making, build robust sales processes, and collaborate with Open Source partners to grow logo growth. This role includes travel and leadership responsibilities across the US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Mid-Market sales teams.
• Experience building scalable sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to develop and implement sales processes.
• Thrives in fast-paced, technical, quota-driven environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding quotas.
• SaaS sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop knowledge of Elastic platform, messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitor landscape.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Drive attainment of quotas by leading from the front and driving Elastic's sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Open Source community and partners.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and closure, and support the team as required.
• Partner across Elastic leadership for a seamless customer experience.
