You will drive a repeatable GTM motion, coach a high-performing field org, and partner with cross-functional teams to win new logos and expand existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Mid-Market sales teams.
• Experience developing scalable and repeatable sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of mid-market account executives to exceed bookings targets.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of Elastic's technology, messaging, and partner ecosystem.
• Own sales plan creation, compensation structures, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure attainment of assigned quotas by leading from the front and driving sales methodology.
• Foster teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Maintain relationships with Open Source community and partner ecosystems.
• Travel regularly to assist in deal creation and team support.
• Collaborate with Elastic leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
