Job summary

YER USA is seeking a District Sales Manager to grow our precision measurement equipment business across the greater Los Angeles region and surrounding areas. The role covers a broad portfolio from handheld gauges to advanced measurement systems across aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and manufacturing sectors.

You will travel locally with up to 20% overnight stays, manage distributors, and collaborate with marketing, support, and product teams to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant outside technical sales experience in industrial equipment or related technical products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing an assigned territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.
• Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend appropriate measurement solutions.
• Support distribution partners through technical guidance, product demonstrations, quotations, and product updates.
• Manage sales opportunities, pipeline activities, and forecasting through Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, customer support, and product development teams.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory, primarily locally, with up to 20% overnight travel.
