Mitutoyo America Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to promote precision measurement products to distributors and end users within an assigned territory. The role involves developing distributor and end-user relationships, prospecting for new business, managing target accounts, and conducting product demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in sales, excellent customer-facing skills, and is willing to travel up to 75% including overnight trips.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Approximately five years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support distributors and end users, up to 75% travel.
• Establish and develop distributors for product groups and assign quotas.
• Make sales calls to distributors to promote products and review materials.
• Make sales calls to end users to promote Mitutoyo products and solutions.
• Develop target accounts and identify opportunities for specific product lines.
• Prospect for and develop new customer accounts.
• Perform product and software demonstrations and provide product instruction within the territory.
