Job summary

Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales in Southern California. You will represent the company in demonstrations, train distributor staff, and work to grow a profitable customer base for metrology products.

Qualifications

Detail-oriented and accurate worker.
Knowledge of facility systems and their technical requirements.
Skilled at maintaining files and records – both paper and electronic.
Familiar with the operation of a computer with a MS Windows operating system.
High school diploma required.
Must have valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

Represent the Company in product demonstrations, training and presentations on all equipment and configurations to customers within the territory.
Establish and maintain a Distribution Channel capable of achieving set yearly goals.
Supervise, train and develop distributor sales and technical staff for profitable sales growth.
Increase product margins and assist in generating timely quotations.
Develop a yearly regional sales plan and execute monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Provide sales reports to the National Sales Manager and coordinate with order processing and service teams.
