Job summary

YER USA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead sales across the South Central U.S. You will develop territory strategies, manage relationships, and drive revenue. You will work with customers on technical requirements and coordinate with distributors to deliver measurement Solutions.

The role requires independent field work, travel up to 80%, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A technical background in metrology or related equipment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in dimensional metrology or related technical equipment.
• Experience in technical sales or industrial capital equipment preferred.
• Experience supporting distributors or channel partners a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage an assigned territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships.
• Work with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend measurement solutions.
• Support distribution partners with technical guidance, demonstrations, quotes, and updates.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting through Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product development teams.
• Travel regularly across the territory, primarily by car, with overnight stays when needed.
